Jerry South founded Towne Park in 1988 in Annapolis, Maryland after jockeying for a chance to run the Annapolis Hotel's (now the Loews Annapolis Hotel) parking service in 1987. Initially, he just wanted to make some money for college, but then stumbled upon a business niche and literally ran with it.

Jerry's entrepreneurial spirit and ingenious business sense have built Towne Park from one parking operation in a small historical city to a nationwide hospitality services company. Through self-education, relationship-building, ingenuity and perseverance, Jerry has forged a strong professional rapport and reputation within Towne Park's respective industries and has proven to be a strong, dynamic leader of a growing and ever-improving organization.

Jerry's greatest feat has been creating and cultivating a unique culture within Towne Park and keeping it alive. Without a dynamic culture, Towne Park would not be able to attract or retain The Very Best People.
