Jerome Jackson has over 25 years of experience in medical product development, including in-depth expertise in developing products that integrate many technical disciplines and involve software control of electro-mechanical systems. For over 12 years Jerome has developed RF systems including RF heating and ablation systems for cardiology, gastroenterology, urology, and skin tightening applications. He has developed numerous minimally invasive disposables and is a named inventor on over 34 U.S. patents. Prior to joining Stellartech in 1998, Jerome was VP Research and Development for the Vascular Therapies Division of U.S. Surgical Corporation and Director of Engineering and Research, EP Technologies, Inc., now a division of Boston Scientific. Jerome holds a MS in Mechanical Engineering from Stanford University and a BS in Engineering Sciences from Harvey Mudd College. In 2006, Harvey Mudd presented Jerome with the Harvey Mudd College Outstanding Alumni Award. |
