A. Chazen has served as a director of the Company since April 2005. Mr. Chazen is also Chairman of Chazen Capital Partners, a private investment company. Prior to Chazen Capital, Mr. Chazen was one of the four founders of Liz Claiborne Inc., where he is also Chairman Emeritus. Mr. Chazen is also the founder and Benefactor of the Jerome A. Chazen Institute of International Business, the focal point of all international programs at Columbia Business School. Mr. Chazen received his Bachelor Degree from the University of Wisconsin and his MBA from Columbia Business School. Mr. Chazen has been a director of Taubman Centers, Inc. since 1992. |
