Mr Brady joined the Company's Board of Directors in April of 2003. Prior to retiring in 2000, Mr. Brady served as the President and Chief Executive Officer of C&K Components, Inc., a manufacturer of electronic components located in Watertown, Massachusetts. He also previously served as Chairman, President and Chief Executive Officer of AM International, Inc., a global manufacturer of printing equipment, headquartered in Rosemont, Illinois.
