Description of Practice:
Jeren is an associate in the firm's Orange County office, where he is a member of the litigation group. In addition to general business litigation, Jeren has specialized experience in securities litigation, internal corporate investigations, e-discovery issues, and options-backdating related matters. Mr. Wei has been admitted to practice by the State Bars of California and Delaware, and the Federal District Courts for the Central District of California and the Central District of Delaware. He is an active member of the American Bar Association and the State Bar of California.
Educational History:
Mr. Wei received his Bachelor of Arts in History and Sociology of Science in 2000 from the University of Pennsylvania, College of Arts and Science. He received his J.D. from Temple University, Beasley School of Law, in 2004, where he was on the Dean's Honor List and a member of the Temple Law Review. Prior to joining Allen Matkins, Mr. Wei was employed by the law firm of Skadden, Arps, Slate, Meagher & Flom, LLP. |
