Jeremy Goldberg is an associate with the law firm of Ellison, Schneider & Harris L.L.P. Jeremy earned his Juris Doctorate from the University of the Pacific, McGeorge School of Law (with Great Distinction). His practice specializes in environmental, water quality, and water rights law, including the California Environmental Quality Act (CEQA), the Endangered Species Act, and the Clean Water Act. Before coming to the firm, Jeremy worked as a legal clerk at The California Department of Water Resources, and served as a judicial extern for the Honorable Kimberly J. Mueller, U.S. District Court, Eastern District of California. Jeremy graduated with a Bachelor of Arts in Politics from the University of California at Santa Cruz (with Honors in the Major). |
