Jens joined AMA in 2003. Prior to joining AMA, Jens worked in the M&A group of Credit Suisse First Boston in London. At AMA, he has been actively engaged in multiple M&A advisory assignments including the purchase of Fouquet Sacop by the Eitzen Group. He has also been especially active in the execution of transactions for ACP Fund I and ACP Fund II including the acquisition and sale of PLM Funds and Chembulk Tankers He has a MA in Finance from the Sorbonne in Paris and an MBA from Wharton. He is fluent in English, French and German. |
