She also oversees all product management activities associated with PaymentOne's PhoneBill-related products and services. Truitt brings more than 14 years of telecommunications industry expertise, ranging from voice and data network services to direct and LEC billing models. Truitt also held key senior positions at AT&T Communications, with responsibilities that included process re-engineering, management of over 100 customer service representatives, convergent billing product management, network sales and billing systems deployment. While at AT&T, Truitt implemented a database redesign which increased bill pull timeliness by 30%. Truitt holds a Bachelor of Science in Communications from the University of Florida, an MBA from Pennsylvania State University, and matriculated at the Sorbonne, University of Paris.
