Ms. Troia joined Sunesis in January, 2001, as Director of Human Resources and in 2004 was promoted to Vice President, Human Resources and Facilities. Currently, she serves as Vice President, Human Resources and Corporate Operations. Previously, she held Human Resources positions at COR Therapeutics and Gilead Sciences. Ms. Troia has served as a member of the Board of Directors of the Bay Area Human Resource Executives Council since 2004 and was Chair of the Biotechnology Industry Organization's 2004 Human Resources Conference. She holds a B.A. degree in Management from the University of Phoenix and an M.A. in Human Resources and Organization Development from the University of San Francisco. Ms. Troia is a certified Senior Professional in Human Resources (SPHR) by the Human Resource Certification Institute. |
