Jennifer Tanner is a Project Manager for Lockwood Greene's Economic Development and Site Selection Practice. She specializes in projects requiring competitive assessment, strategic planning, and marketing plans for state, regional and local economic development organizations. Recent clients include the City of Memphis, Commonwealth of Pennsylvania’s Local Development Districts, Siouxland Initiative in Iowa, and Middle and West Tennessee Industrial Development Associations. Jennifer is a member of the Southern Economic Development Council, International Economic Development Council, and the Community Development Institute. Prior to joining Lockwood Greene in 1998, Jennifer gained over 9 years’ experience in project management, business development, human resources, training, and operations in the pharmaceutical, technology transfer and public health sectors. Prior to joining LG’s consulting practice, she worked on the engineering and construction side of the house in business development on biotech projects. Jennifer's understanding of engineering services and technology transfer gives her valuable insight to many market segments involved in the New Economy. Ms. Tanner holds an MBA/Technology Management degree from the University of Phoenix and a B.S. in Biology from the University of Texas at El Paso. |
