Jennifer Sandefur is Senior Managing Director and Treasurer for Countrywide Financial Corporation (NYSE: CFC), a diversified financial services provider and member of the S&P 500.
As Treasurer, Sandefur oversees all capital raising and liquidity management functions of the Company, in addition to Treasury Finance, Cash Management, Treasury Operations and Fixed-Income Investor Relations. She is also responsible for maintaining relationships with credit rating agencies and commercial banks, and is the primary contact for the fixed income investment community.
Sandefur began her career with Countrywide in 1994 as Vice President and Assistant Treasurer and was promoted shortly thereafter to Treasurer of Countrywide Home Loans, the Company's mortgage banking subsidiary. She was promoted to Managing Director in 2001.
Prior to joining Countrywide, Sandefur held various treasury management positions during her 10-year tenure at National Medical Enterprises. Sandefur earned a Bachelor of Science degree in Business Administration from Loyola Marymount University. |
