Practice Emphasis Gaming and Liquor Licensing; Administrative Law Professional Experience Jennifer Roberts is an associate with Lionel Sawyer & Collins' Gaming and Regulatory Law Department. She received a J.D. from S. J. Quinney College of Law, University of Utah in 2002, where she was a staff member for the Utah Law Review, received outstanding achievement awards in trusts and estates and in advanced legal research, and was also involved in pro bono services. Ms. Roberts formerly served as a law clerk to the Honorable Michael R. Murphy of the Tenth Circuit Court of Appeals. She also served as a judicial clerk to the Honorable James Z. Davis, Utah Court of Appeals, and as a judicial intern to the Honorable William W. Barrett, Utah Third District court. During law school, Ms. Roberts was an intern for the Utah Federal Public Defender's Office. She managed the Office of Student Affairs for the University of Utah School of Medicine from 1994 to1999.
