Jennifer Platt is an associate in the law firm of McDermott Will & Emery UK LLP, based in its London office. She is a member of the Employment Group, where her practice focuses on all aspects of contentious and non-contentious employment law in the UK.
She has experience in dealing with a variety of tribunal claims and has conducted her own advocacy in employment tribunal. Her experience includes claims of sex, race, and disability discrimination, working time, unfair dismissal, breach of contract and TUPE. She also advises in relation to dismissal, disciplinary and grievance procedures and policies.
Jennifer also provides general advice on all aspects of employment law including discrimination, maternity and paternity rights, flexible working, collective labour issues, contracts of employment and UK and multi-jurisdictional data protection issues. Jennifer also advises on employment related immigration issues.
