Ms. Panning is responsible for leading the company s worldwide finance, administration and logistics, human resources, and information services organizations. She brings more than 10 years of diverse finance and accounting experience working with companies ranging from small start-ups to larger established companies covering a wide variety of industries. She began her career at Arthur Andersen in the financial and economic consulting group. She then joined Corporate Express, where she was instrumental in the administrative due diligence which culminated in the sale of the company to Burhmann, one of the world s largest suppliers of office supplies. Most recently, Jennifer was part of the Corporate Finance group in charge of budgeting, forecasting and cash management at Verio, a wholly owned subsidiary of the world s largest telecommunications company, NTT Communications. She holds a BS in Finance from the University of Illinois.
