Jennifer joined the Athletes' Performance - Florida team in the spring of 2007. After earning a Bachelor of Science Degree in Life Science and a Bachelor of Arts Degree Honours in Political Science from Queen's University in Canada, Jennifer decided to pursue her passion for sports performance and human movement and acquired a third degree in Kinesiology and Health Studies. While obtaining this degree, Jennifer worked in both the University's Athletic Therapy and Strength and Conditioning Departments. Specifically, she served as both a student athletic therapist and a strength and conditioning coach for the Golden Gaels' Football Team, where she had the great opportunity to work with a number of players preparing for the CFL. She also served as the Strength Coach for the University's men's and women's swim team and participated in the off-season training of the women's lacrosse team. Jennifer was a member of the Queen's University varsity rowing team for three years. Truly passionate about strength and conditioning and athletic performance, she completed a full internship program with Athletes' Performance in Los Angeles. |
