With 24 years of experience, Jennifer Howard consistently helps clients improve performance and successfully manage large-scale change.
Jennifer holds an M.A. in clinical psychology from the University of Alabama. Before entering the management consulting field, she was a child and family therapist. She has authored articles on creating high-performance organizations and presented at national quality forums. She coauthored Team Management and The Internal Consultant’s Guide to Team Based Organizations, two workbooks used to create high-performance organizations. Jennifer has also conducted a public seminar series that deals with team effectiveness, train-the-trainer programs and internal consultant skills training. |
