As Global Vice President of Human Resources, Jennifer Erfurth is responsible for all aspects of international Human Resources including talent management and organizational development.
Since joining Schawk in 2001 she has transformed Human Resources into a first-class global department; one that brings exceptional strategic business value to the organization. She also played an instrumental role in successfully integrating the employees from Seven Worldwide and Winnetts, which were acquired by Schawk in 2005.
Under Jennifer’s leadership, HR has implemented a Center of Excellence to identify Best Practices in Human Resources and Schawk continues to receive recognition for its HR practices. Schawk has been named a Best Workplace in The Americas by the Printing Industry of America three times, once as a Best of The Best by the same group and twice as one of the 101 Best & Brightest Companies to work for in Chicago by the National Association for Business Resources.
Before coming to Schawk, Jennifer served as Director, Human Resources for CINTAS Corporation. Prior to that, Jennifer was Director, Human Resources for World Color.
Jennifer received a Master of Arts in Industrial/Organizational Psychology from the University of Tulsa and a Bachelor of Arts in Psychology and Business Management from Loras College in Dubuque, Iowa. She also earned certification in Strategic Decision Making in Human Resources and Executive Leadership from Wharton Business School. |
