Ms. Eiteljorg is a Shareholder in Brownstein Hyatt Farber Schreck’s Real Estate Group. Based in the Denver office, she represents commercial and institutional lenders; developers of retail, office, industrial, and residential projects; and landlords and tenants in lease transactions. Ms. Eiteljorg’s representative real estate transactions include representing a private equity fund in acquisition and financing of land in Mexico for future development of master planned and resort communities; and representing institutional and private purchases in the acquisition and development of office, retail, mixed-use and industrial properties. Ms. Eiteljorg’s lending transactions include representing national commercial banks and conduit lenders in connection with loans secured by retail, industrial, office, resort and mixed-use properties. She also represents institutional lenders in connection with interim and permanent loans and real estate and asset-based financings. |
