Her practice focuses primarily on construction litigation, including mechanic’s lien foreclosure actions, and drafting and negotiating construction contracts for general contractors, subcontractors, project owners, and developers. Jennifer’s experience includes the following: Representing a general contractor in a suit to collect over $4 million for itself and its subcontractors in delay and disruption damages against a project owner, Defending a materials supplier to a federal dam project in a breach of contract suit in the U.S. District Court for the District of Wyoming Representing a mid-size materials supplier in collecting on its past due accounts, Drafting custom owner/general contractor and owner/architect agreements for use by a national retail company . |
