A naturopathic physician and graduate of Bastyr University, Dr. Cornforth brings to the Salugenecists team a combination of clinical and critical thinking honed by research and information management in a variety of disciplines. Dr. Cornforth graduated Phi Beta Kappa from Wesleyan University in 1994 with a degree in psychology. At Wesleyan, she conducted research on covert visual misogyny in printed media. Post college, she worked in data compilation and analysis in the fields of medicine and law before attending Bastyr University from 1996-2000, where she served on the Bastyr Institutional Review Board for four semesters. After several years in private practice, Dr. Cornforth is currently focusing her energies on research and writing, with a focus on the neuroendocrinology of PMS and peri-menopause. |
