Jennifer Barber joined Hydrogenics through the acquisition of Stuart Energy in January, 2005 and was appointed to the position of Vice President Finance & Corporate Controller in May, 2005. Since taking on this position, Jennifer led the Finance team through a full range of financial consolidations arising from the acquisition, with the added responsibility of integrating Sarbanes-Oxley requirements into all of the company's financial processes and procedures. Hired by Stuart Energy in 2001, Jennifer served there as Director, Corporate Finance from 2003 onward, and prior to that as Controller. She was employed from 1997 to 2001 by PricewaterhouseCoopers LLP. Jennifer received Institute of Chartered Accountant accreditation in 2000. |
