Jennifer Yatskis Dukart is a member of the firm’s litigation practice. She represents clients in matters involving pharmaceutical products liability as well as general litigation matters including attorney malpractice and insurance coverage. Prior to joining Faegre & Benson, she spent one year clerking on the Ninth Circuit Court of Appeals for the Honorable William A. Fletcher. She holds a bachelor of science degree in nursing.
