Jennifer T. Amys has served as a Director since 1999. From 2000 to 2001, Ms. Amys was Vice President, Information Technology & Logistics, at Rockwell Automation, a division of Rockwell International Corporation (NYSE: ROK), a $7 billion electronic controls and communications company. From 1993 to 2000 Ms. Amys served as CIO and Vice President for CH Robinson Worldwide (NASDAQ: CHRW), a third-party logistics company with sales of $2 billion. Amys has also held prominent information technology positions with Quaker Oats Company, Pillsbury Company, Burlington Northern Railroad, Control Data Corporation, and General Mills. Ms. Amys holds a Master's of Business Administration from University of Minnesota. |
