Jennifer Yoxall, counsel in Carmody & Torrance’s Business and Real Estate Services Group, advises municipal land use agencies in applying state and local laws to their activities, including application of regulations and procedural requirements and review of property development applications. Jennifer has extensive experience in planning, zoning, affordable housing and wetlands issues as well as defending litigation against land use boards. She also has significant experience in environmental law, advising clients as to potential environmental liabilities arising out of land acquisition, sales and lending transactions.
