Jennifer counsels clients on their intellectual property matters, with a particular focus on patent and trademark prosecution for electrical, mechanical and software arts. She works closely with clients to prepare and prosecute U.S. and foreign utility and design patent applications and trademark applications for publicly and privately-held businesses, institutional clients and individuals.
Jennifer is a member of the Cleveland Intellectual Property Law Association. She previously worked as an engineer with Delco Products Division of General Motors in manufacturing, product design and testing. Prior to joining Calfee in 2006, she was a patent attorney with Watts Hoffmann Co. L.P.A. |
