As an attorney in the firm's bankruptcy section, Jennifer has extensive restructuring, litigation, and appellate experience. She has represented debtors, creditors, committees, indenture trustees, liquidating trustees, lenders, and buyers in all chapters of bankruptcy and in out-of-court workouts. Her litigation experience encompasses both bankruptcy related litigation, including the representation of alleged recipients of fraudulent transfers and trustees/estate representatives in pursuing claims on behalf of the estate, and more general federal court litigation.
