Jen’s practice focuses on government contracting law, labor law and litigation. Jen's government contracting practice includes extensive experience in representing pharmaceutical and service contractors in bid protests in the U.S. Government Accountability Office and Court of Federal Claims. She has also represented numerous companies in pursuing and defending size and HUBZone protests before the U.S. Small Business Administration and has advised clients regarding joint venture, mentor-protege, and other teaming relationships.
In her labor law practice, Jen has represented employers in unfair labor practice and representation proceedings before the National Labor Relations Board, in labor arbitrations brought pursuant to collective bargaining agreements, and in whistleblower and other actions before various agencies of the U.S. Department of Labor. She has also advised employers in general labor matters including collective bargaining obligations and labor issues arising in the context of mergers and acquisitions.
The remainder of Jen's practice is dedicated to general commercial litigation. Jen has represented companies and individuals in a variety of commercial and employment-related litigation matters in state and federal courts across the country.
Jen received her B.A., with highest distinction, from Indiana University. She also received a Certificate in Business Studies from Indiana. She received her J.D., cum laude, from Wake Forest University. Jen joined the firm in 1998. |
