Jenny M. Hill joined the Greenwich office of Cummings & Lockwood in 2007 as an associate in the Private Clients Group where she focuses her practice in the areas of estate planning, trust administration and probate. Prior to joining the firm, she was an associate with DenHerder & Associates, A.P.C. in San Diego, California. Recently, Jenny was selected by the California Bar Executive Committee of Taxation to join the Section’s annual Washington D.C. delegation. For this delegation, Jenny co-authored and presented the paper, Proposal to Provide Clear Rules Applicable to Trusts Named as Remainder Beneficiaries of IRAs . Jenny was also a speaker on this topic at the California State Bar Annual Taxation Meeting. Jenny received her B.A., cum laude, from the University of California, San Diego, in 2003. She attended the University of San Diego School of Law where she received her J.D. in 2005, and her LL.M. in Taxation in 200 Jenny is admitted to practice in California. |
