Experience:
Jennifer M. Driscoll's practice focuses on antitrust investigations, litigation and counseling. She has represented clients in international cartel investigations, merger investigations before the European Commission, and Sherman Act Section Two class action lawsuits in federal courts.
Prior to joining Mayer Brown, Jennifer worked at law firms in New York, Paris, and London. She worked on behalf of the first company to lose a grant of amnesty from the U.S. Department of Justice, as well as other high-profile antitrust matters.
Jennifer earned her J.D. from the University of Pennsylvania Law School in 2000, where she was the symposium editor for the Journal of International Economic Law. She also studied at the 1999 Summer Institute of International and Comparative Law at the University de Paris I Pantheon-Sorbonne. She earned her M.P.A. in 1996 and her B.S. in 1993 from Cornell University. She is proficient in French.
Active in the ABA Section of Antitrust Law, Jennifer is the Vice Chair of the Section's Unilateral Conduct Committee and a member of the Section's Long Range Planning Committee. She has spoken on international cartel and unilateral conduct panels and has written articles and papers on those topics.
Jennifer is admitted to practice in New York and in England and Wales as a Solicitor. She is admitted before the U.S. District Courts for the Eastern and Southern Districts of New York.
