Jennifer Loeb Cederwall is a Senior Associate in the firm's Corporate Law, Securities Law and International Law Practice Groups. Prior to joining Spector Gadon & Rosen, P.C., Ms. Cederwall was associated with the Philadelphia offices of Reed Smith, and Montgomery McCracken Walker & Rhodes. Ms. Cederwall specializes in assisting foreign and domestic companies on their United States securities issues and financing. She has conducted IPOs, convertible debt offerings, Blue Sky filings, coordinated review and shelf offerings. She has also been responsible for public company periodic reporting. Additionally, Ms. Cederwall counsels companies on broker-dealer and investment advisor issues, broker-dealer compliance, NASD submission and underwriter compensation agreements. Ms. Cederwall's concentration on foreign trade and investments has involved her with companies in Central Europe and Scandinavia. She is fluent in Swedish and conversant in French, Norwegian and Danish. Ms. Cederwall graduated from the New England School of Law where she was Lead Articles Editor of the Law Review. She did post graduate work in Political Economics at Stockholm University, as well as attending Bath College of Higher Education in England, and the Faculty de Lettres in France for Political Science. Ms. Cederwall is a Member of the International Bar Association, the Pennsylvania and Philadelphia Bar Associations, the Swedish American Bar Association, Executive Women's Golf Association, Swedish Women's Educational Association and the Swedish American Chamber of Commerce. |
