Jennifer L. Volet joined the firm in 2005 as an associate in the firm’s Corporate and Securities Practice Group.
Her practice focuses on corporate and securities matters, including acquisitions, divestitures and other strategic transactions, public and private securities offerings, securities regulation and general contract preparation.
In General. Prior to joining Drinker Biddle, Jennifer was an associate in the corporate departments at Greenbaum, Rowe, Smith & Davis LLP in Woodbridge, NJ, and at Alston & Bird LLP in Atlanta, GA.
Jennifer received her J.D., cum laude, from Cornell Law School in 2001, where she was an editor of the Cornell Law Review. During law school, she served as a judicial intern to the Hon. Alfred M. Wolin, U.S. District Court for the District of New Jersey in Newark, and was a member of the Women’s Law Coalition. She earned her bachelor's degree from Rutgers University, Rutgers College, where she was a recipient of the Edward J. Bloustein Scholarship and a member of The Golden Key National Honors Society.
