Jennifer practices general corporate and information technology law. Her representative experience includes counseling publicly and privately-held clients with respect to securities issues, stock and asset purchase agreements, mergers and acquisitions, limited liability company operating agreements, and a wide range of confidentiality and non-competition agreements. Jennifer assists businesses with web site legal audit guidelines, web hosting, development and service agreements, and provides counsel on e commerce and information technology concerns. She also has authored articles and spoken at several legal seminars on e commerce issues. From 1997 to 1999, Jennifer was an associate with the Chicago law firm of Neal, Gerber & Eisenberg LLP, before joining the Des Moines firm of Nymaster, Goode, Voigts, West, Hansell & O’Brien, P.C. in 1999. She began her tenure with Calfee in 2001 and became a partner in 2007. |
