Jennifer’s practice focuses on energy related matters, including the representation of energy industry participants before federal and state agencies charged with jurisdiction over energy markets and their participants, and advising clients regarding the application of various federal and/or state regulatory schemes.
Jennifer’s practice also includes general litigation matters and related issues, including experience in intellectual property, contracts, and art recovery litigation. Jennifer’s intellectual property experience includes patent- and copyright-related cases. In the art recovery area, Jennifer’s experience has focused on the application of the Foreign Sovereign Immunities Act of 1976.
