Jennifer focuses her practice on public law and finance. She serves as counsel to lenders, underwriters and public issuers in a variety of corporate and municipal securities transactions, including letter of credit-secured and tax-increment financings for manufacturing companies, 501(c)(3) organizations, schools and other civic organizations, and general obligation financings for public issuers. Jennifer is a member of the Cleveland and American Bar Associations and the National Association of Bond Lawyers. Prior to graduating cum laude from Case Western Reserve University School of Law in 2002, she received a B.S. from Ohio State University in 1996. In addition, Jennifer has worked for Westlaw, the Office of Congressman Dennis Kucinich and the Ohio Legislative Service Commission. She joined Calfee in 2002. |
