Jennifer L. Peterson is a member of the Litigation, Media, Insurance and Antitrust and Trade Regulation practice groups in the Madison office. In addition to commercial litigation, her practice concentrates on media and constitutional law, appellate litigation, and insurance defense and coverage issues. Jennifer graduated summa cum laude from the University of Wisconsin-Eau Claire in 1997 with a bachelor of arts degree in public communications. She earned her J.D. degree in 2001 from the University of Wisconsin Law School, where she was a member of the Order of the Coif. Following graduation, Jennifer served as law clerk to the Honorable Justice N. Patrick Crooks at the Wisconsin Supreme Court.
