Jennifer L. Kmiec, Vice President of Business Development and Marketing. Ms. Kmiec has over 15 years of marketing, product management and operations experience in start-up biotechnology companies. Most recently, she was Vice President of Marketing for Athena Biotechnologies based in Newark, Delaware. Prior positions have included Director of Operations for the Genomics Division of Tapestry Pharmaceuticals, Vice President of Marketing for Annovis, Inc. and Vice President of Administration and co-founder of Kimeragen, Inc. Ms. Kmiec began her career as a virologist and was involved in early development of the respiratory syncytial virus (RSV) vaccine and characterization of the adeno-associated virus (AAV) genome. She holds an MBA from the University of California, Davis and a BS degree in Biology from Southern Illinois University. Ms. Kmiec currently serves on the Board of Directors of the Delaware BioScience Association. |
