Experience:
Jennifer Keating focuses her practice on mergers and acquisitions, securities and general corporate work. She represents buyers and sellers in connection with stock and asset acquisitions and divestitures, mergers, tender offers, joint ventures, and similar transactions. She represents issuers and underwriters in connection with public and private offerings of equity and debt securities, and she represents companies in connection with Securities and Exchange Act compliance and reporting, and with corporate governance.
Jennifer has been called "an incredibly dedicated young lawyer who has shown herself more than capable of running the whole show" (Chambers USA 2006), as well as "hard working and very wise for her age" (Chambers USA 2007).
