Jennifer L. Dinkelman graduated cum laude from Loyola Marymount University in 1994, where she was the Outstanding Graduate, Department of Marketing and Business Law, with a Bachelor of Business Administration. From 1994 to 1996, Ms. Dinkelman worked for a company that provided management and administrative services to advertising and marketing professional associations. Ms. Dinkelman graduated from Northwestern University School of Law in 1999 where she was a member of the Journal of International Law and Business.
Ms. Dinkelman’s practice focuses on private equity transactions. She represents emerging growth and middle market companies, assisting them in all aspects of their growth process, particularly the structuring and negotiation of financing transactions. Ms. Dinkelman provides general corporate representation, including preparing incorporation and founder equity documentation, establishing equity incentive programs and negotiating the relationships between the company and its employers, suppliers and customers. She also represents investment funds in a variety of transactions including preferred stock and mezzanine debt financings and acquisitions and divestitures of portfolio companies. |
