Jennifer Kevelson Margolese represents private and publicly-held businesses in a wide range of corporate and transactional matters, including mergers and acquisitions, asset sales, joint ventures, and general corporate planning. She also represents companies operating as franchisors, sub-franchisors, and multi-unit franchisees in the operation of their franchise businesses. Before joining Miles & Stockbridge, Ms. Margolese worked as a corporate lawyer at Thacher Proffitt & Wood LLP and Morgan Lewis & Bockius LLP in New York City. While a student at the University of Pennsylvania Law School, Ms. Margolese was Associate Editor of The Journal of Constitutional Law.
