Ms. Sosa is also actively working on antitrust class actions which seek to challenge alleged anticompetitive practices by certain pharmaceutical companies.Prior to joining Milberg in February 2006, Ms. Sosa worked as a legal consultant under the Director of Business and Legal Affairs at WhenU.com, Inc. During law school, she was a member of the Environmental Moot Court Team and was awarded the David Sive Award for Best Brief overall in the 2004 Pace National Environmental Law Moot Court Competition. Prior to law school, Ms. Sosa earned her degree and worked as a Chemical Engineer. |
