Jennifer J. Matuschek joined CIBER Inc. in July 2005 as the Vice President of Investor Relations. She is responsible for the Company’s relationship and communication with its shareholders institutional investors and Wall Street from corporate headquarters.
Prior to joining CIBER Ms. Matuschek was the Director of Investor Relations and Financial Planning with Horizon Organic in Boulder Colorado. Beginning in 1995 Ms. Matuschek spent over six years in investment banking in Colorado where she gained experience in finance and marketing including public and private equity fund raising mergers and acquisitions and financial advisory. She was with Hanifen Imhoff Inc. and Tucker Anthony full-service investment banking firms as well as The Wallach Company where she focused on private equity fundraisings and mergers and acquisitions. Previously Ms. Matuschek was the Director of Public Relations at Grubb & Ellis in Denver and began her career as an Analyst with Morgan Stanley & Co. Inc. in New York. She received a B.A. from Stanford University and an MBA from the University of Chicago.
