Jennifer Coyne’s practice area covers a wide range of complex commercial and business litigation matters in both Federal and State courts. Ms. Coyne’s experience includes the representation of both local and national corporations in general contract disputes, real estate title matters, commercial leasing litigation, human resources issues, technology infrastructure issues and insurance coverage disputes. In addition to her commercial litigation practice, Ms. Coyne has developed a practice in estate litigation, including will contests and other issues arising from the administration of an estate. Ms. Coyne devotes a portion of her time to acting as court-appointed counsel for the alleged disabled in guardianship matters. Prior to joining Miles & Stockbridge, Ms. Coyne was a health insurance specialist with the Health Care Financing Administration's Medicaid Bureau.
