Jennifer Daniel Collins is an associate in Faegre & Benson’s Denver Office.Her trademark prosecution practice includes applications, oppositions, cancellations, availability searches and clearance opinions, brand management strategy, renewals, infringement opinions, and international prosecution. Jennifer also works with domain name disputes and other Internet-related matters involving trademarks. Her litigation practice includes disputes involving trademark infringement, unfair competition, cybersquatting, licenses, copyright infringement, and media law (defamation, libel, slander, public access). Prior to joining the firm, Jennifer was a law clerk at the U.S. Department of State, Office of Civil Rights, in Washington D.C.. Her previous professional experience also includes clerking at the American Federation of Government Employees (AFGE) in the Women’s & Fair Practices departments and working as a litigation paralegal and Assistant Paralegal Director at the Federal Trade Commission, Bureau of Competition, both in Washington, D.C. While in law school, Jennifer was a Merit Fellow, President and Founder of the Employment and Labor Law Student Organization, and Managing Editor of The Barrister, the Howard University School of Law newspaper. |
