Jennifer C. Fried is an associate in the firm's Real Estate Practice Group. Jennifer's practice includes the representation of tenants and landlords in retail and office leasing matters, the representation of lenders and borrowers in commercial financing transactions, and the representation of developers in land use matters and acquisitions.
Leasing. Jennifer has significant leasing experience and has represented tenants and landlords in leasing matters in the tristate area and nationally in over 25 states. Representative clients on the tenant side include Blue Tulip retail gift/stationary stores in its east coast rollout, as well as Avaya Inc., American Standard Inc. and Bohren's Moving and Storage.
Real Estate Finance. Jennifer has represented both lenders and borrowers in a wide range of real estate finance transactions. Jennifer's work on behalf of lenders has included the representation of national and private lending institutions. Representative clients include Wachovia Bank and Amboy National Bank.
In General. Following law school, Jennifer worked at a mid-sized New York City law firm in the areas of real estate and corporate law. |
