Jenn primary focus is intellectual property law. She assists publicly and privately-held businesses and institutions in preparing and prosecuting U.S. and foreign utility and design patent applications. Jenn also works closely with clients to prepare and prosecute trademark applications, and in matters of licensing, trade secrets, and patent litigation claims. She advises on patent infringement and validity concerns. Jenn handles federal and state intellectual property litigation claims on behalf of both plaintiffs and defendants. A 2001 graduate of Washington and Lee University School of Law, magna cum laude, Order of the Coif, Jenn received her B.S. in biology, magna cum laude, from Washington and Lee University in 1998. She joined Calfee in 2001. |
