Jennifer Robinson concentrates her area of practice in labor and employment. She represents employers in the defense of various discrimination and harassment lawsuits and other related litigation. She has been the lead counsel in numerous wage and hour class actions.. She counsels clients with respect to employment decisions including hiring, termination, reductions in force, disciplinary actions, separation agreements, reasonable accommodation, and employment contracts. She has handled numerous investigations and mediations of charges filed with the EEOC and similar state agencies. She also provides training to employers, particularly in the areas of harassment and wage and hour compliance.
