Jennifer A. Champlin is an associate in the Firm’s Tulsa office. With a focus on business and commercial litigation, Ms. Champlin has served as counsel on various U.S. District Court cases as well as U.S. Court of Appeals cases. Additionally, she is a member of both the Oklahoma and Massachusetts Bar Associations. Ms. Champlin co-authored an article entitled New Opportunities for Defense Lawyers: The Restatement’s Treatment of Pharmaceuticals in For the Defense, the Defense Research Institute’s monthly publication. The July 2003 article covered a variety of aspects concerning product liability and medical law. Ms. Champlin graduated with her Juris Doctor degree from Cornell Law School in 2002, where she was the symposium editor of the Journal of Law and Public Policy. She also received her Bachelor of Arts degree from Oklahoma State University, where she graduated with honors. In addition to being a National Merit Scholar, she was on both the Dean and President’s Honor Rolls. |
