Jennifer Smith focuses her practice primarily on representing financial institutions and corporate clients. Ms. Smith has extensive experience in financial institutions litigation, pre and post-judgment remedies, general business and employment related matters. Ms. Smith also has experience in PACA (“Perishable Agricultural Commodities Act) litigation in Federal Court.
Ms. Smith received her B.A., cum laude, in Communications from the University of Arizona and her J.D. from Loyola Law School in 1996. Prior to law school, she worked as a federal intern for Senator Joseph Biden in Washington D.C.
Ms. Smith is a member of the Los Angeles County Bar Association and Woman Lawyer’s Association of Los Angeles.
