Experience
Jennifer practices in the transactional group, focusing on real estate, land use and general business matters. Her practice includes representing national and regional retail tenants in leasing matters.
Prior to receiving her law degree in 2000, Jennifer served as the Legal Compliance Director at Winebid, a Napa-based wine auction business on the Internet, where she was involved in maintaining compliance with the laws and regulations of the Alcohol Beverage Control and the Federal Bureau of Alcohol, Tobacco and Firearms.
