Jenifer N. Smith is an associate in the Insurance Practice Group. She joined the firm in September 2003 after serving as law clerk to the Honorable E. David Millard, J.S.C., of the Superior Court of New Jersey, Chancery Division, in Burlington County, New Jersey.
